This kitchen was a 70's classic with apricot accents. 

We removed a few walls, opened up the floorplan, modernised cabinetry and laid tile floors.

With windows facing an exterior fence, this kitchen was re-configured to face out over the pool & garden. 

Cabinetry was modernised and the island was transformed to a family friendly 

in-kitchen dining table.

Insulation, gibbing and lighting  was installed to transform this unused attic space into a kids playroom.

This bathroom had waterproofing issues so was pulled apart to the bones and put back together water tight and looking a whole lot more modern!

This bathroom also had waterproofing issues and the cabinetry had seen better days...
